Your order will be delivered in a white bag letter without the Weskcar logo to stay anonymous.
Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND OPTIONS?
All our deliveries are free worldwide. We ship from Belgium by BPOST. Your parcel is then taken care of by the postal service of your country.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service, which includes: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).
Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Weskcar, we’re not 100% happy unless you are, so we accept returns, which in this case will be your responsibility. Contact us with the number of your order before returning your item. You must notify us the return of your order within 7 days maximum after receipt. We must then receive the package within 30 days.
NEXT DAY AND EXPRESS DELIVERY
We always ship the day after your purchase.
Here is an idea of delivery times, depending on your country:
Delivery in Europe: Between 1 and 7 business days
USA Delivery: Between 7 and 21 business days
Worldwide Delivery: Between 7 and 25 business days
